First Week of the New Transfer

Date: Mon, 7 May 2012 11:23:11 -0700
Subject: First Week of the New Transfer
 From: samuel.crapo@myldsmail.net

Hello family and friends! How are you? It'd be good to hear from all
of you! haha Anyways! Here's my week really quick...

 Monday 4-30-12
You pretty much know everything that happened on monday... Transfer
calls and stuff. Not a whole bunch else happened! So... moving on!

 Tuesday 5-1-12
Elder Damuni left the apartment with his ward mission leader early in
the morning. So i started throwing EVERYTHING away. For some reason
he didnt like to throw stuff away and just reaked havoc on the
apartment and tossed about 2 garbage cans FULL of junk. Not to
mention another garbage can full of expired nasty food. It was great
 to de-clutter our apartment.

Then we went to District Meeting. We got Kenny Gouff to take us. I
love that guy. He loves the outdoors and loves fishing. he says he's
never been ice fishing before so i invited him and he said he would
actually really like that. So i'm super stoked, sittin on the ice
with the bros and dad and joe and muscles AND bro gouff.. Who could
ask for anything more? He is such a stud. I'm sure you guys would
think he's as cool as i do.

Then i got Elder Wood. And while we were at transfer meeting we
watched the dying missionaries bear their testimonies... It was sad
because i had to watch Elder Graff go home :( i'm gonna hang with him
when i get home. He is so awesome. He's the guy that made up
"Ghostbusters" with me. And let me tell ya, that phrase is going
through the mission like WILDFIRE. Its so cool. I should have
 copyrighted it ;)

Then we came home and brother Gouff got us Carls Jr. And he was
cracking me up all the way home! He's so funny.

We came home and got settled in a little bit and did a little bit of shopping.

We went to dinner at the Delbars (Ward mission leaders home).

 Wednesday 5-2-12
I dropped a package off at the post office which i was told made it to
 its destination.

Then we went to district meeting. We have a small district. Only 6 of
us... but its ok. They are all pretty cool.

Then we went to costco after District meeting because they have one in
San Louis Obispo. And Barry (from Simi) gave me a gift card there and
so i used some of it to buy a whole bunch of maple bacon!!! MMMMmmmmm.
I'm hooked on Bacon egg burritos!

Then we came home and made bacon egg burritos!

We went and taught Gary. He's doing really good and his prayers are
doing a lot better. He asked me to baptize him and since Elder
Marquez is still in the area he asked him to Confirm him!

Then we saw Brother Stokes (LA) and he hurt his shoulder. Tore
tendons in his shoulder i guess digging post holes. So i told him we
would come over and dig the rest for him and that i would bring him
 my horse liniment.

We saw Sally (Referral) and she was just about to leave the house. We
set up an appointment though for the next day.

We then talked to Kevin (potential) and invited him to the McCauley's
Skeet Shoot. They do a skeet shoot at their house every year on Cinco
De Mayo. And they have a big dinner too. We invited him to come and
he seemed really stoked to go but he didnt show up :(

Then we had Dinner with the Krugers. They invited Kenny Gouff over
which was sweet. We sat around and played Yahtzee for a little bit.

Brother Mattice (Ward mission leader of Atascadero 1st ward) was sick
with Pnuemonia and so we cancelled our ward correllation.

 Thursday 5-3-12
We went to the Schibers in the morning and did a lot of weed wacking.
They fed us lunch and then spoke to us... A LOT. So we had to dash
out of there because we were supposed to be at Sally's house. So we
got to Sally's and she wasnt there :(

So we were supposed to go to the Gouff's but we didnt get a call back from them!

So we went to dinner at the Vance's house and Sister Vance Made us
Zuccini Bread again! AH! I LOVE IT!

Then we went to david and laticia's (Investigators) they werent home
 for a set appointment :(

Then we visited the Murrays (LA) and shared a message. Found out that
he might need some service so we told him we'd be over in the morning
 to help him.

 Friday 5-4-12
We went to Brother Murrays house in the morning and helped him with
his backyard. He lives on a really steap hill and has a hard time
doing any work or getting anything up or down from the yard. So he
had plans to build a deck in back there so we were knocking out
concriet and started taking it down the hill in a wheel barrow
attached to a rope so we could take it down the hill slowly. The hill
he lives on actually used to be a dump and you can walk around and
find Bottles on the hill that are from the early 1900's. Its sweet.
He's got a way cool collection. He also told us a funny story about
how he was taking a load of stuff down the hill and above him is the
deck that wraps around the house probably... 10 feet above where he
was. Well his son was up there who is about 3 or 4 was like "i'm
gonna pee on you" and he didnt think much of it because why would his
son do that? But all the sudden he was getting wet hahaha! That kid
 got in BIG trouble.

Then we went to lunch with Sister Mortorff and she took us to the
Cowgirl Cafe again. I love that place. Its pretty tasty!

Then we had a lesson with Gary. He's a little nervous about the
Baptismal interview because he thinks its gonna be a test haha. I
 think he'll do great.

Then we did service for brother Stokes digging those post holes. He's
a pretty cool guy, who loves fishing. He has some pretty good
stories. He wants us over for dinner which is a big improvement
because i guess his wife is the reason they dont go to church and she
usually avoids us but we got to talk to her a little bit and warmed up
to her just a bit. So that was good. I also left him with my horse
liniment, i hope it helps him. It sure did help me.

Then we went to brother Gouff's house (rod gouff) and did a whole
bunch of weed wacking for him. Since he's got 7 acres. and they fed
us dinner. Ordered up some pizza for us. Poor brother gouffs eye was
almost swelled shut because he was removing a bees nest from a tree
and they started stinging him and one got him in the eye.

 Saturday 5-5-12
In the morning we had a lesson with a 7 year old girl at the Mortons
home. We taught her the Plan of Salvation... It was ok. The little
girl has a hard time Concentrating on what we are saying but the
 people there helped a lot.

Then we went to go visit a bunch of people around atascadero because
we hadnt done a whole lot there! And we couldnt really connect with
anyone! It was pretty rough! We met one potential guy and spoke to
him outside his house and elder Wood totally killed any opposition he
had.. Every question answered with the restored gospel. Elder wood
was killin it! He's a way good missionary.

Well then we came home and did our weekly planning and ate lunch. We
didnt do planning on friday so we did it saturday instead. And after
that we went to the Skeet Shoot and since we're not allowed to shoot
the guns i decided i'd launch the clay pigeons for them. We got some
good pictures. It was a high priest group activity and elders
activity and it was funny because one of the high priest walks out on
the range with a shotgun in one hand and a walker in the other. I was
dying laughing. We also had John Miller (investigator) show up and
that guy is a stinkin dead eye! He was hitting everything. And my arm
was dying because i launched about 2.5 boxes worth of clay pigeons!
It was way fun. Then there was a dinner in their backyard and they
have such a stinking sweet view out their back yard. It was sick!
And then after that we went to our other wards party, but they were
just cleaning up and we ended up getting a ton of left overs... gosh
 it was sweet!

 Sunday 5-6-12
We went to church from 10:30am-4pm

We went to a retirement home after that to give a lady a blessing.

Then we had dinner with the Nichols family. They are lots of fun.
After dinner we went outside and played with tenniss balls and raquets
and i launched a ball way high and one of their kids, David, was going
to hit it but got right under it and got smacked in the mouth. Ah
man, i just watched him drop haha i felt so bad. But he was ok and
really wanted to keep playing. And then after that we dropped some
stuff off at brother Stokes house and then came in!

So its been a pretty good week everybody. this week should hopefully
be pretty good as well! I look forward every week to emails so the
more that are in here the happier i am! So write me :D I love you
guys tons and miss you all tons! Hope you are all doing well!

Transfer Calls, Big Changes

Date: Mon, 30 Apr 2012 13:38:52 -0700
 Subject: Transfer Calls, Big Changes
 From: samuel.crapo@myldsmail.net

 Hello Everyone!

I got quite a few emails this week! It was the best! With the promise
that i will be getting mail this week which is also the best! And it
seems that there has been a lot of good news going around in most of
the emails! So its good to hear that. Things are really starting to
pick up here too. The ward members took a really long time to warm up
to us and now we have gotten our transfer calls and are making some
changes to our area! But they are REALLY good changes. So, i guess
i'll tell you about the transfer doctrine. So Elder Damuni has been
here about.... 9 months. His time has come. But he got a call from
the AP's last night to tell him that he is going to be training. Then
this morning the ZL's called and told us that he is being transfered
back to Simi Valley, i think the same ward he used to cover (i think?)
and he'll be training. So he'll be white wash training. Tough stuff!
I think he might be a little upset about it but we havent seen him
all day... He's been out with his ward mission leader. And then my
news was that i was Staying! YES! Which is what i wanted because this
past week we've established some really good connections with Members
AND we set an investigator with a baptismal date! His name is Gary,
he is STOKED to be baptized! He is going to be baptized May 12th! So
i'm really happy i am staying. And my new companion is Elder Wood. If
you look on my blog he is the one in the pictures who is pushing my
nose... and i am pushing up my glasses.
 http://missionarysam.blogspot.com/search?updated-max=2012-02-14T07:41:00-08:00&max-results=7
He's a cool kid, i served around him in Simi Valley! He's quiet. But
i like him a lot. So then Elder Marquez got his transfer doctrine,
they told him that he would be White Washing Atascadero 2nd ward!
BAHA! and he is getting elder Lifungula. When i was in tehachapi
elder lifungula was born in bakersfield and was in my district. If
you've seen any of my pictures in the past he's the REALLY black
elder. haha he's from the Congo! He's awesome. So me and elder
marquez are still together in a sence... just not as companions. And
also! Elder Hernandez who i stinkin love! Is coming to be the new
spanish elder! Its going to be a great transfer!

Now lets see how much of my week i can get typed!

 Monday 4-23-12
We did our studies and laundry.

Elder Damuni asked if he could put some whites in my laundry since i'm
so good at keeping my whites white, he wanted to see if it would help
his.. So i let him. I learned two things through sharing a load of
laundry. Dont share gum, and dont share loads of laundry. Because he
left the stick of gum that i gave him in his pocket and it turned some
of my clothes pink! So I washed them a lot more to get it out. They
are ok now. Only some pink dots in some places.

Then we went to church and did emails

Hung out at the apartment and cleaned...

 Ate Lunch

We have a lot of cats, wild cats, wandering around our apartment, so
we set up some bait and opened our windows and shot them with rubber
bands... we were really bored and really low on miles haha...

Then we went to develop pictures and look around at thrift stores. My
companion bought a tuxedo... what for? I dont know? But he felt very
 inclined to do so.

Then we went to dinner with the Leavitt family. They are super cool.
Brother Leavitt is a dentist. Their kids are genious' and are
 insanely smart and cute!

Then we did some shopping and as we were looking around i saw some
posters for The avengers... Question... Is the guy who played captain
america playing the captain america in the Avengers? Because in all
 the posters he looked different.

Then i saw the box for Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol! And on the
back it shows a picture of them getting out of a really nice car... MY
DREAM CAR!!! THAT I THOGUHT NOBODY KNEW ABOUT!!!! THE BMW VISION
EFFICIENT DYNAMICS!!!! Gosh! That must be an amazing movie because of
 that one thing!

Then we roamed around ross for a little bit. Of course i cant buy
anything because i'm broke, but my companion wanted to look around. I
found some SICK Adidas high top shoes, Elder Marquez wanted to buy
them for me but i told him no. He kept bugging me to take us back so
he could buy them haha but i wouldnt let him.

 Tuesday 4-24-12
We went to brother Micklesons. He's bought a new gun. A sub machine
gun that looks just like his AR-15 except without a stock. Its SICK!
I'll take some pictures with his guns next time i'm there. The gun
had a red dot scope on it and he wasnt sure how to use it so i showed
him how. Then we did some pruning and he gave me a pretty sweet
hat... its the second one he's given me. It says "the rocky mountain
elk foundation" on it. And he says its a really special hat.

Then we waited for Damuni to get home but he took too long so we left
and contacted some members. Found a guy named whos wife is a member
but not active... she served a mission too... but he was pretty cool.
He is budhist and was telling us weird stuff about how jesus was
budhist and stuff.... Yeah he's slightly confused but a really nice
 guy none the less.

Then we went to the church and taught Kameron our Recent Convert!

And then we had dinner with the Krugers. And i just realized that
brother Krugers' first name is Fredrick.... Put the two together i
think you'll see what i saw. Anyways i love that family! They are
 super cool.

Then we went to David and Laticia's home for an appointment... but
they cancelled at the door. The wife was feeling sick.

So we went to the Church and Played a little basketball.

 Wednesday 4-25-12
We went to district meeting and it was kind of... boring but it was good! haha

Then a couple in Elder Damuni's ward wanted to take us out for sushi,
and a lot of sushi! There is a new place that opened up called "CRAZY
SUSHI FEVER" and we went there and ate a ton of way good Sashimi and
Sushi! It was DA BOMB! It made me miss Suehiro!

Then we went to Brother Gouffs place and we helped him split some more
 wood. Which was great!

Then we got changed and went to a referrals house, but he was not
there. Then we went to ward correllation and that was good!

 Thursday 4-26-12
Early in the morning we helped brother Mattice set up for his sons
wedding reception. I had some REALLY bad allergies! and then we went
to brother Kenny Gouffs house. (brother Gouffs brother) So earlier in
the week we saw Brother Rod Gouff and we saw Brother Kenny Gouff...
ANYWAYS. both of them are pretty much my favorite guys ever. Kenny
has had a really good/hard life. He always looks really sad but peps
up whenever you talk to him. One of the most humblest men i've ever
talked to. A really hard worker and a stud when he was younger. He
was captain of the football team when he was a junior. And was a
smoke jumper for the forrest service. And right now is retired but
sells a product he invented that helps kill gophers. He is the
president of his company. He's an amazing artist and cartoonist! The
dude is a stud all around! He's had a rought life because he's
divorced and his family means a lot to him. So we went to his house
and helped him with weeding, and making a trench and laying pipe. He
asked if we could stay for dinner so we did. He thanked us so much
and would like us to stop by occasionally because he gets lonely. He's
so dang funny though! He was talking about the dinner he made! he was
like "i hope it tastes good! you never know how old it is when you
find it on the road" hahaha or he told us a joke that said "a man had
a friend over for dinner and gave him some dishes and he said sorry
your dishes are dirty, their as clean as cold water could get them.
well after dinner the friend said well let me give you a hand cleaning
the dishes and the man said, just set em down cold water is probably
around here somewhere" bahaha! and then he told us a personal story by
saying "yeah my cold water died just last week, i really miss that
dog, he was 15 years old and loved him so much.... so how'd he taste?"
hahaha! The guy is so quick with his little one liners its so great! I
hope to be like that when i'm older.

Anyways we went home and got changed and went to correllation for our next ward.

 Friday 4-27-12
We did our weekly planning in the morning. And then we went all over
town and tried to contact as many people we could because we had done
a lot of service and not a lot of missionary work haha. So we
 contacted a lot of people.

At 5 we had a lesson with a little girl and her mom. The girl is 7
but getting close to baptism age and the bishop asked us to teach
her... so we are. It was ok, the little girl is kind of crazy... but
hopefully she'll settle the more we meet.

Then we contacted some more people in templeton area, we had dinner
with the Hockman family who are pretty awesome. They are a young
family and the dad is a CHP. They have 3 small kids and their kids
have the coolest names ever. Their sons name is Mason and their
daughters names are Honey and Royal. I thought that was pretty
 coooooooolio.

After we ate we went to Gary's house and we had a lesson on the Gospel
Of Jesus Christ. He is really excited about the Gospel and Set him
with a date to be baptized May 12th COMING UP QUICK!!!! Looks like
i can tell you all about it on mothers day!

I also called our mission doctor to see if i could get something for
my allergies and he prescribed me some nasal spray stuff. So i got
that and it helps my nose... thats about it. Which is good though
because thats the worste part. So i still need to take my zyrtec too
otherwise my eyes get really itchy. I think he gave me Flonase? It
smells like i'm squirting liquid flowers up my nose... its strange.
 but works... i think?

 Saturday 4-28-12
We went to Atascadero Lake Park for the mormon helping hands and did a
whole bunch of service there. Raking, painting, digging... etc. It
 was good.

Then we went to our apartment and ate some lunch. it was good.

Then we went to 2 different members houses to pick up weed wackers and
took them to a house in Atascadero 2nd ward who need weed wacking
badly. So we did their whole front yard. they still need a ton more.

Then we Got changed and dropped elder Damuni off at Barber Dan's place
and then we went to dinner. It was a wedding reception up at a fancy
members house. The Moores. They are super cool. We hung around
there and it was sweet. They fed us dinner and we helped them clean
up and we left and returned the weed wackers we borrowed.

 Sunday 4-29-12
We went to 8 hours of church again. We didnt have a teacher so we
found brother nichols walking the halls and he was like "what
bishopric authority should i excersize today?" and i was like "you can
come raid the fridge with me" and he was like "GREAT IDEA" so we went
and ate some ice cream in the Kitchen. It was sweet. Then we went to
dinner. The Weavers. They are super awesome. They invited Gary and
his mom over to their house for dinner. We taught them a lesson
there! It was great! We stayed a long time too talking about pretty
much everything. Their old family stories and stuff. It was a lot of
 fun.

WELL thats pretty much it! I hope you enjoy this extremely long email!
I hope to hear back from you all! I miss you guys tons and hope you
are all doing well! If you have any questions about anything i do out
here let me know... i dont know if i'm missing anything out...

OH! I better answer this question since mom always askes the "hows the
weather" question. The weather is warming up! Its usually always
cloudy here or its in the high 80's or low 90's! The weather is SO
NICE! This place is growing on me!

I love and miss you all!

Back to the Long Long Long Long Long Emails

Subject: Back to the Long Long Long Long Long Emails
 From: samuel.crapo@myldsmail.net

 Hello Family & Friends

So its has been a week already since last Monday... its crazy! Time
flies so fast... This week was a really good week! For the most part!
And i actually wrote in my journal to tell you all about it so let me
 get started!

 Monday 4-16-12
 It was p-day!

We went and did our emails and we then went home and had lunch... Same
old mac n cheese! But it was good! No complaints. Then we went back
to the church and had a little zone activity. We played Basketball
and Volleyball. I played Volleyball for most of the time because I'm
stinkin sick of basketball. But At the very end i played a little
B-ball and Elder Damuni taught me how to dunk... its actually pretty
easy. But then i dunked and split my middle finer on the rim! Took a
big ol' chunk of skin of my finger. It was bleedin' all over. But
its much better now. Our zone Consists of... 13 Elders. 4 in Paso.
2 for Spanish. 3 in Atascadero. and 4 in San Louis Obispo. So it was
 pretty cool.

Then we went shopping. and we sat in the apartment for a while. When
you're in a three man you cant always do all the things you want. So
we stayed in and cleaned and just hung out for a while.

Then we went to dinner at Brother and Sister Budrow's. They are
pretty cool. They are in the Templeton ward. He is the guy that is a
CHP and used to be a fire fighter and kind of convinced me to be one
too... who knows what i will be? Anyways we just ate Loaded Nachos
outside in the backyard. It was pretty good. I also got attacked by
their puppy... he's a big puppy and he's being trained to be a police
dog. It lost its mind and just went crazy on me. Started biting my
leg and tie and stuff ha ha.

Then we were supposed to go to the Miller's home but they canceled our
appointment. So instead we went to contact a referral who wasn't home
and then we went to Atascadero 2nd ward area and contacted some people
there. We met a really cool guy, Brother Carpenter who had just
bought a pair of Vibrum Toe Shoes. And he pulled up the website of
all the different styles and stuff. I want some SO BAD! They are
 sweet!

 Tuesday 4-17-12
We did service for brother Mickelson. We pruned some more palm trees
and some other trees in his orchard. Then we went to the Budrow's
house because sister Budrow needed some help planting a ton of flowers
in her yard. So we went to help her with that. Took a little longer
than we wanted to. And Elder Damuni was upset because he thought it
was a waste of time and he had a pretty bad attitude about it all. He
wouldn't help with the service and he didn't eat the lunch she
offered. Anyways we came back home and got changed and stuff and when
we were getting ready to go out Elder Damuni blew up at me... I told
you in a previous letter that the kid is a hot head and just was
yelling, and accusing, and blaming, and judging.... but i don't argue,
i don't fight... But he got over it and kind of apologized. Whole
bunch of flippin' drama.... i don't put up with that... its so dumb...

So then we went to Kameron's baptismal interview. He did good and we
stayed at the church and our dinner appointment came and brought us
In'n'out. And we ate it with them at the church.

Well then we went to go see our next appointment and they weren't home!

And then we went to play basketball at the church but we didn't play
much because Damuni was supposed to go on an exchange with the Zone
Leaders that night. So we dropped him off at the Spanish elders
apartment. And the Zone leaders picked him up that night. So me and
Elder Marquez got to work on our own in our area the next day without
 the third party.

 Wednesday 4-18-12
We woke up and i realized the ties i dry cleaned, i didn't get all of
them back. So we went back and picked the rest of them up. thank
goodness they were still both there.

Then we drove to district meeting and it was... boring... but OK! We
decided to stay around in San Louis Obispo to eat lunch. And we found
"The Habit" Famous burger place that i love and i hadn't had it in a
while so we stopped and ate there, it was a pretty busy street and
kids all over! Since Cal Poly University is there, there were tons of
people everywhere.... I've never seen so many ghost busters on my
mission! But the food was soooooo gooooooood. Then we went home.

We went to Templeton and visited some people. One guy we are visiting
with might be ready for baptism here pretty soon! His name is Gary.
He is the Son of a member.

Then we drove to dinner and we ate with the Kruger's. They are one of
my favorite families out here! They are awesome. They have a
tradition of playing Board games during dinner and so its almost like
being home. They have a Less Active daughter who is always there too
whenever we are there and so its good to be able to fellowship them
and encourage her to get back to church.

Then we waited for Damuni at our apartment because he said he would be
home soon and we needed to be there so he wasn't left there alone. He
was a little off on his timing though because we waited a stinkin'
 hour!

But then he showed up and we did our planning for the next day.

 Thursday 4-19-12
We got a ride from brother Schiber in the morning to go to his house
and do some service. He needed some weeds pulled and some 4 foot tall
weeds mowed. And so thats what we did.

Then he dropped us off at home. We changed and made lunch. Bacon and
Egg Sandwiches/ burritos are the BEST!

Then we got our baptismal programs all together and saw some people in
 Atascadero 2nd ward.

We dropped elder Damuni off at his ward mission leaders house and then
we went to the Schiber's for dinner. Where i found out that Sister
Schiber's son is the VP for the L3 Communications in Santa Carlos? i
think? And he specializes in the Predator. I was like, my dad MUST
know him... so I'll have to ask dad! The guys name is Michael
 McCallister.

Oh... earlier in the afternoon elder Marquez got an easter package
from his sister and she hooked both of us up! She gave us both a ton
of candy and gave each of us sweet yellow ties which we are both
 wearing at the moment.

Then we went to the basketball playoffs for the wards because 90% of
the guys that show up to those games are not members so its good to be
there and talk and play with them... Well when we first got there
Elder Damuni's team had just won their first game and there were 2
other teams playing for the final playoff. And whoever won that game
was going to play elder Damuni's team. Well the team that won was the
team that was like 100% non members, and they are all really good.
Elder Damuni's team began to play them and Elder Damuni got kicked off
the court in the first half for runnin' his mouth... he's good at
that. And then his team lost by 10 points...

But cool thing was, was i was sitting next to a kid who's family lives
in Tehachapi, his parents were in my ward. He was going to Cal Poly.
 So that was cool.

 Friday 4-20-12
We went to the church to help set up for a stake potluck and then we
 did our weekly planning.

We had lunch with Sister Mortorff and her Daughter at the Cowgirl Cafe
again. It was super duper good.

Then we got home and i had a package from mom waiting for me. Inside
were some Awesome pants which fit perfectly so thanks mum! And also so
granola bars and a card with money... thank you very very much!

Then we dropped Damuni off at his mission leaders house again and we
went and ran some errands and saw some people.... not a whole lot of
people home but we got to just talk with a few people at the door.

We went to the stake potluck and it was fun but it was for old people.
I sat at a table with a guy named "Barber Dan" (Dan Phillups) if you
serve in Atascadero you cant not know barber Dan, he gives us donuts
on p days and he's hilarious! we just sat around at the party cracking
jokes. Then we helped clean up the potluck.

We drove to pick up our programs for the baptisms the next day and
then we went to a disabled womans home (Cathy) and helped her fix a
fan because it was a hot night.

 Saturday 4-21-12
We woke up early and got suited up. We went to the church and started
cleaning it because they were low on people to help them.

We went to Paso Robles and helped the other elders fill up their font
and get ready for their baptism. The water heater wasn't working so
we microwaved bowls of water and boiled big pots of water to warm up
the font. That was funny. The lady who was baptized was well over 80
and the water was really shallow so it was hard to get her all the way
down in but Elder Peacock did a great job.

Then at their baptism we sang Love at Home with the Ukulele. And
everyone loved it even though we sounded awful.

Then we went to our church and started doing the same thing. Our
water heater had been broken for a really long time too so we had pots
of water boiling as well. But our water heater kicked in so it was
 good.

We had two baptisms! One in Atascadero 1st ward and one in Atascadero
2nd ward. Kameron's brother/uncle baptized him and elder Damuni
 baptized a girl named Savannah.

After the baptism we took elder Damuni to his mission leaders house
again. Then we went to dinner with a really cool Less active couple
for the first time. They are super cool.

After dinner when we were leaving sister Moore called and told us she
had a left over cake that we could have. So we went over to pick it
up and the cake was HUGE. It was a 7 lbs cake! It was crazy and then
they gave us a tub of ice cream and then a gallon of carrots. So that
was super nice of them :) I love the Moore's.

Then we went to get Damuni and ended up staying at his ward mission
leaders house and watched a video with them.

 Sunday 4-22-12
We had 8 hours of church.

Kameron asked me to Confirm him so i did.

We set up a lot of appointments.

And had dinner with Bishop Haselhuhn's family.
